One of the founding partners in the law firm, Angela E. Healy has extensive experience in the areas of employment litigation defense. Formerly a shareholder with Littler Mendelson, Ms. Healy’s practice focuses primarily on representing employers in litigation matters in federal and state court, before administrative agencies, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.

Ms. Healy frequently represents employers in proceedings before numerous agencies, including the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Labor Commissioner, OSHA and the Employment Development Department. She has trial experience in state and federal jury trials, as well as administrative trials and hearings before numerous administrative boards.

Ms. Healy has represented employers from many different industries in single and multiple plaintiff lawsuits, as well as in other complex employment law litigation. By developing a litigation strategy for each of her cases, Ms. Healy focuses on the employers' goals for the outcome of the litigation — whether that be to dispose of the case through early alternative dispute resolution, through motion practice, or by prevailing at trial. Ms. Healy has achieved successful litigation results, and has also obtained significant court-ordered awards of attorney fees and costs for employers she has represented.

As part of her practice, Ms. Healy routinely advises employers on employment law subjects such as legal compliance and litigation prevention measures.
