| Mr. Bauer's experience includes:
Mr. Bauer represents employers in labor, employment and unfair
competition matters and conducts employment-related training. He
is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar
of California and the Fresno County Bar Associations.

Prior to joining Hogan & Klingenberger, Mr. Bauer worked for
a national law firm defending private and public employers against
employment-related lawsuits, including Title VII of the Civil Rights
Act, FEHA, and wage and hour claims, before state and federal courts.
He also trained employers on sexual harassment prevention and other
Equal Employment Opportunity issues. Mr. Bauer also served as a
policy consultant to California State Senator Charles S. Poochigian
(R-Fresno) and the Senate Republican Caucus advising them on legislation
affecting employers.
EDUCATION
Mr. Bauer received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration
and Minor in Economics from California State University at Fresno
and his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law. While in law school,
he published Australia’s New Era: The Shift in Workplace Negotiating
Power for The Transnational Lawyer Journal and earned a Certificate
of Governmental Affairs. Mr. Bauer has also published articles in
the Daily Recorder legal newspaper.
