Attorneys form new law firm

Attorneys Michael Hogan, Daniel Klingenberger and Angela Healy have formed the new law firm of Hogan & Klingenberger. Specializing in employment law representing companies, the firm has offices in both Fresno and Bakersfield and serves local and national businesses throughout California.

Mr. Hogan was formerly a senior partner and managing shareholder with Littler Mendelson, where he founded the Fresno office and practiced for more than 28 years. He has represented employers throughout California in all areas of traditional labor law, labor relations and employment law, including representation in state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Hogan received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of San Francisco, where he was a member of the Law Review. Prior to attending college, Mr. Hogan honorably served in the US Army, including overseas duty in Vietnam.

Mr. Klingenberger has more than 17 years experience representing employers in all forms of employment litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Klingenberger counsels employers on the development of employee handbooks, company policies and day-to-day human resources issues. Formerly a shareholder with Littler Mendelson’s offices in Fresno and Bakersfield,  Mr. Klingenberger received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., where he was president of the Honor Society.  He received his law degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. Prior to attending law school, he worked for many years in various management positions with a large national trucking company.

Ms. Healy, also a founding partner in the new firm, has extensive experience in the areas of employment litigation defense. Formerly a shareholder with Littler Mendelson in Fresno, Ms. Healy focuses her practice on representing employers in litigation matters in federal and state court, as well as representing employers in matters with administrative agencies.

Ms. Healy received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University, School of Law.
